Ingredients

1/4 cup sour cream2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes1 teaspoon dried thyme1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper2-1/2 pounds ground beef10 hamburger buns, splitOptional: Cheese, lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, pickles, sliced onion, ketchup and mayonnaise

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; add beef and mix gently. Shape into 10 patties.

Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
