Ingredients

3 tablespoons lime juice3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce3 tablespoon stir-fry sauce4-1/2 teaspoons grated fresh gingerroot1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes3 garlic cloves, minced1 pork tenderloin (1 pound)

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Place the pork in a large bowl; add half the marinade. Turn pork to coat; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.

Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork, covered, over high heat until a thermometer reads 160° and juices run clear, 15-20 minutes, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
