Ingredients

12 ounces small shell pasta1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise1/2 cup minced fresh parsley1/2 cup minced fresh basil2 tablespoons olive oil3 green onions, sliced2 teaspoons lemon juice2 garlic cloves, peeled1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a serving bowl; set aside. In a blender or food processor, combine the next 10 ingredients; cover and process until smooth.

Pour over pasta and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
