Ingredients

4 cups cooked rice2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chiles1/2 teaspoon salt3/4 pound Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes2 cups sour cream

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through.
