Ingredients

10 large eggs1/2 cup all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese2 cups 4% cottage cheese1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles

Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs on medium-high speed for 3 minutes or until light and lemon-colored. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to eggs and mix well. Stir in the cheeses and chiles.

Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
