Ingredients

1 pound ground beef1 pound ground pork8 to 10 Anaheim chiles, roasted, peeled and chopped or 3 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chiles, drained4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained2 cups water1 garlic clove, minced1 teaspoon salt, optional1/2 teaspoon dried oregano1/4 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon dried coriander

Preparation

In a large stockpot or Dutch oven, brown beef and pork; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
