1 pound fresh green beans1/4 cup water2 to 3 tablespoons butter1/2 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped celery1 garlic clove, minced1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Preparation

Place beans and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook, uncovered, for 7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain; add the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook for 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
