Ingredients

6 cups torn romaine1 large tomato, cut into wedges1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese2/3 cup pitted ripe olives1/3 cup olive oil1/4 cup cider vinegar1 tablespoon minced fresh mint1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, optionalSalt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a large salad bowl, combine the romaine, tomato, onion, feta cheese and olives.

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the remaining ingredients; shake well. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
