Ingredients
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water1-1/2 teaspoons butter1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules1 teaspoon minced fresh mint or 1/4 teaspoon dried mint1 teaspoon lemon juice1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
In a small saucepan, combine all of the ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
