Ingredients

3/4 pound fresh green beans, trimmed1 medium red onion, halved and thinly sliced1/3 cup chopped sweet orange pepper1 tablespoon olive oil2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 teaspoon Greek seasoning1/4 teaspoon dried oregano1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Place beans in a steamer basket; place in a large saucepan over 1 in. of water. Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute onion and orange pepper in oil until crisp-tender. Stir in garlic and seasonings; cook 1 minute longer. Add green beans; toss to coat.
