2 Italian herb flatbread wraps1 tablespoon Greek vinaigrette1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/2 cup pitted Greek olives, sliced1/2 cup water-packed artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained and chopped1/2 cup ready-to-use grilled chicken breast strips, chopped1/8 teaspoon dried oregano1/8 teaspoon dried basilDash pepper1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Place flatbread on an ungreased baking sheet; brush with vinaigrette. Layer with remaining ingredients.
Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
