Ingredients

1/2 cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese1/3 cup fat-free plain yogurt1/4 cup chopped red onion2 teaspoons lemon juice2 small tomatoes, chopped4 whole wheat tortillas (8 inches), room temperature1 package (6 ounces) ready-to-use grilled chicken breast strips2/3 cup torn romaine2 tablespoons chopped pitted Greek olives

Preparation

In a small bowl, mash beans with a fork. Stir in the feta cheese, yogurt, onion and lemon juice. Fold in tomatoes. Spread 1/4 cup onto each tortilla. Top with chicken, romaine and olives; roll up.
