Ingredients

1 can (5 ounces) light water-packed tuna, drained and flaked1 celery rib, finely chopped1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise1/4 teaspoon pepper2 whole wheat tortillas (8 inches), room temperature1/2 cup shredded lettuce1 small carrot, shredded4 slices tomato2 slices red onion, separated into rings1 hard-boiled large egg, sliced

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the tuna, celery, mayonnaise and pepper. Spoon tuna mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, carrot, tomato, onion and egg. Roll up tightly.
