Ingredients
1 package lemon cake mix (regular size)1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix4 large eggs, room temperature3/4 cup canola oil1 can (12 ounces) Mountain DewConfectioners’ sugar, optional
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and soda; beat on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium 2 minutes.
Pour into a greased and floured 10-in. fluted tube pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with confectioners’ sugar if desired.
