Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 pounds)2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed broccoli cheese soup, undiluted2 cups whole milk1 small onion, chopped1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt, optional1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried basil1/8 teaspoon pepperHot cooked noodles
Preparation
Cut chicken pieces in half; place in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Combine the soup, milk, onion, salt if desired, basil and pepper; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 5-6 hours longer or until chicken is tender. Serve over noodles.
