Ingredients

1 pound ground beef1 medium onion, chopped1 medium green pepper, chopped1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided1/2 teaspoon salt1 package (8 ounces) spiral pasta, cooked and drained

Preparation

In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the soup, tomato sauce, 1 cup cheese and salt. Stir in pasta.

Transfer to a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
