Ingredients

1 fully cooked bone-in ham (8 to 10 pounds)1/4 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup orange juice2 tablespoons honey1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard2 teaspoons dried basil1 teaspoon grated orange zest1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325°. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Score the surface of the ham, making diamond shapes 1/2 in. deep. Cover and bake for 1-3/4 hours.

In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon over ham. Bake, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 140°, 15-30 minutes longer. Let stand 10-15 minutes before slicing.
