Ingredients

1 cup orange marmalade1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro1/2 cup Sriracha chili sauce1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce1/4 cup lime juice1/4 cup rice vinegar1/4 cup ketchup1/4 cup honey4 garlic cloves, minced1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot1 tablespoon grated lime zest1 tablespoon sesame oil1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon pepper4 pounds chicken wingettes and drumettes

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the first 14 ingredients. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 375°. Drain chicken, discarding marinade. Transfer chicken to two greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake 35-45 minutes or until juices run clear.
