Ingredients

1/3 cup rice vinegar3 tablespoons finely chopped onion2 tablespoons minced fresh gingerroot2 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon honey1/4 teaspoon pepper3/4 cup olive or peanut oil

Preparation

In a blender, combine the first 6 ingredients; cover and process until blended. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Chill until serving.
