Ingredients
2 cans (15 ounces each) pork and beans1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained1 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a 2-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until bubbly.
