Ingredients
4 cups tomato juice2 cups chopped seeded peeled tomatoes1 cup diced green pepper1 cup diced celery1 cup diced seeded cucumber2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 cup diced onion1/3 cup tarragon vinegar2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley1 tablespoon minced chives1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon salt, optional1/2 teaspoon pepper2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first 13 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until chilled. Stir in oil just before serving.
