Ingredients

2 cups uncooked orzo pasta3 teaspoons minced garlic1/2 cup butter, cubed1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/4 cup 2% milk2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley1 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Cook orzo according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, saute garlic in butter until tender. Add the orzo, Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through.
