Ingredients

1-3/4 cups uncooked rigatoni or large tube pasta2 cups fresh broccoli florets3 garlic cloves, minced4-1/2 teaspoons olive oil1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon white pepper

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, place broccoli in a steamer basket. Place in a saucepan over 1 in. of water; bring to a boil. Cover and steam for 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender.

In a saucepan, saute garlic in oil until tender. Drain pasta; add to saucepan and toss to coat. Add the broccoli, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; toss to combine.
