Ingredients
1/2 cup milk1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled blue cheese2 garlic cloves, peeledAssorted vegetables or crackers
Preparation
In a blender, combine the milk, cream cheese, blue cheese and garlic; cover and process until blended. If desired, top with additional crumbled blue cheese just before serving. Serve with vegetables or crackers.
