Ingredients

2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed1-1/2 pounds red potatoes, quartered1 medium onion, chopped1/2 cup beef broth1-1/2 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon dried thyme1/2 teaspoon pepper1/4 cup butter, softened1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

In a 6-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 7 ingredients. Cook, covered, on low 6-8 hours or until beans are tender. Stir in butter and lemon juice. Remove with a slotted spoon.
