Ingredients
1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust1 tablespoon olive oil1 cup refried beans1 cup refrigerated fully cooked barbecued shredded beef1/2 cup chopped seeded tomatoes1/2 cup pickled jalapeno slices1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheeseOptional toppings: Shredded lettuce, sour cream and salsa
Preparation
Place crust on an ungreased pizza pan. Brush with oil. Spread beans over crust. Top with beef, tomatoes, jalapenos and cheese.
Bake at 450° until cheese is melted, 10-15 minutes. Serve with lettuce, sour cream and salsa if desired.
