Ingredients

4-1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice1/3 cup sugar1/3 cup thawed orange juice concentrate2 tablespoons honey2 tablespoons lemon juiceAssorted fresh fruit

Preparation

In a saucepan, combine the first seven ingredients. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Cool. Serve over fruit. Leftover dressing may be refrigerate for up to 1 week.
