2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon cider vinegar1 tablespoon honey1/4 teaspoon salt3/4 cup torn fresh spinach1/3 cup chopped apple1/4 cup broccoli florets2 tablespoons raisins2 dried apricots, chopped1 tablespoon sunflower kernels2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, vinegar, honey and salt; shake well. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
