4 plum tomatoes, chopped1 small onion, finely chopped1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro1 serrano pepper, seeded and minced1 garlic clove, minced1 teaspoon lime juice1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepperBaked tortilla chip scoops

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with chips.
