Ingredients
4 medium tomatoes, chopped1 medium mango, peeled and chopped1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed3/4 cup fresh or frozen corn, thawed1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained1/4 cup chopped red onion1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped3 tablespoons lime juice1 tablespoon olive oil2 garlic cloves, minced1/4 teaspoon saltBaked tortilla chip scoops
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients. Chill until serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
