Ingredients
1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained1 medium apple, chopped1 medium orange, chopped1 cup sugar3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted1 tablespoon lemon juice1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon minced fresh gingerrootGrated orange zest, optional
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a large bowl; toss to combine. Refrigerate, covered, overnight to blend. If desired, serve with fresh grated orange zest.
