Ingredients

3 large eggs, beaten1-1/2 cups sugar1 cup whole milk1/2 cup butter, melted1 tablespoon all-purpose flour1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 teaspoon white vinegar1 cup sweetened shredded coconut1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inches)

Preparation

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except pie shell. Pour into the pie shell and bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° and bake 40 minutes or until top is golden and the center is almost set. When cool, store in the refrigerator.
