Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean)1-1/2 cups chopped onions2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, rinsed and drained1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce1 package (10 ounces) frozen corn, thawed1 cup salsa3/4 cup water1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles1 teaspoon ground cumin1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
In a Dutch oven, cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
