Ingredients

Vegetable cooking spray

1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 large green or red pepper

2 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. garlic powder

3 1/2 c. Swanson® Chicken Broth

1 package frozen whole kernel corn

1 c. cooked rice

1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro leaves or parsley

5 Lime wedges

Preparation

Step 1Spray a 3-quart saucepan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken, pepper, chili powder and garlic powder. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.Step 2Stir the broth, corn and rice into the saucepan. Heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir in the cilantro.
