Ingredients

1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin1 cup boiling water1/2 cup thawed orange juice concentrate1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped1 medium apple, peeled and chopped1-1/2 cups sugar1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in concentrate. Combine cranberries, apple and sugar; add to gelatin mixture. Stir in pecans. Pour into a 1-1/2-qt. serving dish. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
