Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef1/2 cup chopped onion3/4 cup chili sauce1/2 cup water1/4 cup prepared mustard2 teaspoons chili powder12 hamburger buns, split12 slices cheddar cheese

Preparation

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until beef is browned; drain. Add chili sauce, water, mustard and chili powder. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon 1/2 cup onto each bun; top with a cheese slice.
