Ingredients
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk1/2 cup baking cocoa6-1/2 cups water2 teaspoons vanilla extractOptional: Sweetened whipped cream, marshmallows, chocolate syrup and Pirouette cookies
Preparation
Place milk and baking cocoa in a large saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until blended. Gradually stir in water; heat through, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Add toppings as desired.
