1 cup shredded cooked chicken1/2 cup chopped celery1 tablespoon chopped green onion2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives2 tablespoons chopped dill pickle1/4 cup mayonnaise1/4 teaspoon pepper1/8 teaspoon salt4 slices sourdough bread, toasted2 lettuce leaves

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Spread over two toast slices; top with lettuce and remaining toast.
