Ingredients

1 package (3 ounces) lime gelatin1 cup boiling water3 cups 1% milk1/2 cup sugar1/4 cup lemon juice

Preparation

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin powder in boiling water. Add the milk, sugar and lemon juice; stir until sugar is dissolved.

Pour into a freezer container; freeze for 4 hours or until frozen. Remove from the freezer and let stand for 10 minutes or until slightly softened. In a large bowl, beat until light and fluffy. Refreeze for at least 1 hour.
