Ingredients

1 package (10 ounces) mixed salad greens1/2 cup dried cranberries1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese1/3 cup sunflower kernels, toastedRASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE:5 tablespoons olive oil2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons raspberry vinegar3 to 4 teaspoons sugar2 teaspoons chopped green onion1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a large salad bowl, combine the greens, cranberries, blue cheese and sunflower kernels. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the vinaigrette ingredients; shake well. Drizzle over salad; toss to coat.
