Ingredients

5-1/2 cups water, divided1 large onion, chopped1 cup sliced carrots1 cup cubed potatoes1/2 cup sliced celery1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted1/2 pound ground beef, cooked and drained2 tablespoons barbecue sauce1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules

Preparation

In a large saucepan, combine 2 cups water, onion, carrots, potatoes, celery, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 30 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
