The Everything seasoning that bagels made famous is actually good on pretty much anything. Case in point: Everything Egg Rolls. These guys are kind of, well, I’m not trying to be dramatic but … they’re Earth-shatteringly good. Filled with the salty/creamy/fresh combination of cream cheese, bacon and scallions, they’re literally and figuratively bursting with flavor. As soon as they come out of the hot oil, hit ’em with your homemade everything seasoning and dig right in. If your kitchen is anything like ours, the whole plate will be eaten standing up in approximately 2 minutes. Trust me, they’re that good. Looking for more dishes inspired by your favorite bagel?
