There are only 4 ingredients (if you don’t count ice): espresso, coffee liqueur, simple syrup and vodka. If you don’t know how to make, or can’t get a fresh shot of espresso, no fear! Though a freshly pulled shot really pulls this drink together, we have found we get similar results with 1 oz of cold brew coffee concentrate. Don’t like sugar in your coffee? Go ahead and remove that simple syrup! More of a cream and sugar type of person? Add in 1/2 an ounce of Bailey’s! We gave this drink a bit of a fancy garnish, but it’s way easier than it looks. Simply cover half the glass with a napkin or paper towel then dust the rest with either cocoa or espresso powder. Top the other side with coffee beans and voila! You have a drink that’s not only delicious but also looks stunning. If you love coffee cocktails you must try our Dalgona martini. Mostly like coffee liqueur in desserts? Try one of these boozy Bailey’s treats. If you tried making this martini, make sure you rate it and let us know what you thought of it below.
