Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower
2 clove elephant garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/4 c. Fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 lemons
Preparation
Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.Step 2Remove the core of the cauliflower and cut into individual florets.Step 3Place cauliflower florets in baking dish. Tuck slices of garlic into the cauliflower. Drizzle with half of the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.Step 4In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, remaining olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and the lemon juice. Sprinkle the bread-crumb mixture over the cauliflower and place in the oven. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until the cauliflower is just tender.Step 5Serve immediately.
