Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour1 cup sugar1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice4 medium ripe bananas, mashed2 large eggs, room temperature1/2 cup creamy peanut butter1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup canola oil2 teaspoons vanilla extract2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk the first 6 ingredients. In another bowl, whisk bananas, eggs, peanut butter, applesauce, oil and vanilla until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips.

Transfer to three 5-3/4x3x2-in. loaf pans coated with cooking spray. Bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.
