Ingredients

2 tbsp. pure maple syrup

2 tbsp. thawed frozen orange juice concentrate

1 tsp. finely chopped, seeded, canned chipotle chile

1/2 tsp. adobo sauce

Cooking spray

1/2 tsp. salt

4 3/4-inch-thick center cut, bone-in pork loin chops

Preparation

Step 1In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, orange juice concentrate, and chipotle and adobo.Step 2Spray a nonstick grill pan or grill with the cooking spray and preheat over medium-high heat.Step 3Sprinkle both sides of the chops with the salt. Brush one side of the chops generously with the maple-orange glaze.Step 4Place the chops on the grill pan, glazed-side down. Brush the other side with glaze.Step 5Cook over medium-high heat until cooked through but with a slight blush in the center, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
