2 cups half-and-half cream1 can (13.4 ounces) dulce de leche or sweetened condensed milk1-1/4 cups Irish whiskey1/4 cup chocolate syrup2 tablespoons instant coffee granules2 teaspoons vanilla extractHot brewed coffee or ice cubes
Preparation
Pulse first 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth. Stir 1-2 tablespoons into a mug of hot coffee, or pour coffee and cream over ice.
