Ingredients
1 lb. lump crabmeat
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/4 c. finely chopped chives
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
4 burger buns, split
4 pieces Bibb lettuce
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. dill pickle relish
1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation
Step 1In a large bowl, stir together crabmeat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, egg, chives, and Worcestershire and season with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.Step 2In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook burgers until golden, about 5 minutes per side.
Step 1In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, relish, and Old Bay seasoning.Step 2Serve burgers on buns with lettuce and Old Bay Sauce.
