Ingredients
6 cups coleslaw mix2 large carrots, shredded1 medium sweet yellow pepper, chopped1 large apple, chopped3 green onions, sliced1/2 cup chopped celery1 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup sugar2 tablespoons cider vinegar1 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
