1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce1 large onion, chopped1 cup barbecue sauce3 teaspoons chili powder1 teaspoon ground cumin1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 boneless pork sirloin roast (2 pounds)8 seeded hamburger buns, split

Preparation

In a Dutch oven, combine the first 6 ingredients; add the pork. Spoon some of the sauce over pork. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, until meat is tender, 3-4 hours.

Remove meat; shred with 2 forks. Return to pan and heat through. Spoon 1/2 cup onto each bun.
